How much does Building Compliance OS cost?
The Free plan costs $0 and covers 1 building. Pro is $149 a month for up to 10 buildings, and Portfolio is $499 a month for up to 50 buildings. Annual billing ($99 or $399 a month) is available on request.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Portfolio start with a 30-day free trial. A card is required at checkout, and the trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
What does the Free plan include?
One building, manual data entry, compliance status and the emissions calculator. CSV upload, report generation and Portfolio Manager sync come with Pro.
